Chelsey and Ian’s DAR Constitution Hall wedding was a highlight of my summer. Their Cherry Blossom engagement in the spring was so beautiful, I just knew their wedding would be perfect.
If you love American history as much as I do, then you would love the Constitution Hall. The preserved items and rich insight into our nation’s history gave me chills. After our walkthrough, I sourced a few DAR related items on Etsy to include in their flat lays. I am thrilled I did!
Chelsey and Ian’s wedding could not have flowed any better. It started with a beautiful first look and portrait session. Then, they had a gorgeous ceremony with the Washington Monument as the backdrop! Chelsey and Ian chose to do their first dance at the end of the cocktail hour before escorting their guests inside for a romantic and intimate dinner. It was absolutely perfect.
I wanted to share a snippet of the sweetest review from Chelsey and Ian. I’m always so honored when my couples take the time to share their experience. I am so thankful they trusted me to capture their day!
“If you are looking for a photographer to capture your wedding in the best way — she is your girl. As a couple that chose not to do a videographer, we wanted to make sure that we had the best photos to capture our day. Megan did just that and MORE. Her and her team captured beautiful moments throughout the day and made sure nothing went un-captured. The photos from our wedding turned out beautiful and I hope that you choose to work with Megan too!”
