The day began with a private first look and portraits in the heart of D.C., followed by a breathtaking ceremony with the Washington Monument in the background. Chelsey and Ian chose to do their first dance outdoors at the end of cocktail hour—a unique and emotional moment that set the tone for an intimate evening dinner inside the Hall.

One of my favorite personal touches? I sourced vintage DAR memorabilia from Etsy to style their flat lay details—an intentional nod to the couple’s love for history and the unique venue they chose.
